PLEASING LIFE

Our lives are supposed to be a sweet fragrance to God. Think about how a wonderful aroma affects you personally. When it’s springtime and the flowers are blossoming, everything feels new again. The sweet aroma in the air is a sign that the flowers are fresh and alive. It catches your attention. It makes you want to take a deep breath and partake of the wonderful, sweet fragrance.
God feels the same way about you! He loves wonderful aromas, and when you are living your life to please Him, it’s a beautiful fragrance that captures His attention! Just like the aroma in springtime is a sign that the flowers are alive, the aroma of your life is a sign that Christ is alive in you. It is pleasing to the Father! The next time you experience a fresh fragrance, remember that your life is a fragrance unto God. You can rest in knowing that He is pleased with a heart that seeks after Him. As you continue to seek Him, you’ll be that sweet fragrance and experience His wonderful hand of blessing in every area of your life.

But you don’t need to take it personally, because the fault is not from you, but from them. Ask For More Than What You Deserve

Sometimes we try to help God by considering the amount of things we ask from Him. We feel that when asking Him for something, we shouldn't ask too much, maybe we think we might seem selfish or we have a higher chance of getting what we want when we ask for little.  We forget that His supplies are limitless and He has not placed a limit to what we can ask of Him. If you can boldly declare how great and mighty He is, we should also have that understanding that He can also do great and mighty things for you. He said "He'll do exceedingly and abundantly above all we can ask of Him..." So when asking God for something, don't go to Him with a cup, rather go with something bigger, go with a large heart heart ready to receive all that He can offer. Don't give up

Sometimes, people get distracted by what they consider to be a disadvantage or weakness in their lives. It may be something about their personality or looks that they don’t like. Or, maybe they’ve been through an unfair situation: a divorce, a bad business deal or a bad break. We all have things that can feel like disadvantages; things that make it harder on us. It may even be a physical handicap, and you can’t get around like you used to. But just because you have a “disadvantage,” just because you’ve been through a tough time doesn’t mean you’re supposed to sit back and settle where you are. God still has something great for you to do! He wants to show Himself strong in and through you, and He’s given you His Holy Spirit to equip you in this life.
